How to cancel HelloFresh (what actually works)
Desktop
Log in → Name (top right) → Account Settings → Plan Settings → Cancel Plan
Mobile
The app often hides the cancel button.
Open HelloFresh in your phone browser (Chrome/Safari) instead and follow the desktop steps.
In-app chat
Profile → Help Center → Contact Us → Chat → Ask them to cancel your plan.
Critical billing cut-off
You must cancel by 11:59 PM PT, 5 days before your next delivery.
Skipping a box does NOT stop billing.
